The biggest Aiport of Saxony, Leipzig/Halle, is popular for it’s huge cargo-operations. While DHL, UPS, Aerologic and Lufthansa-Cargo are more dominant, national and international passenger-flights are operating from or to Leipzig as well by Airlines like Eurowings, TUI and Lufthansa.
Special for the airport is the missing night-flight-ban as well as the parallel runway system, which offers a more efficient completition of higher flight-amounts – in the night as well.
